Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet w/ olive oil. Spread out zucchini pieces in a single layer. Spray w/ olive oil again. Sprinkle w/ Mrs. Dash and salt to taste. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
