Weekend in Memphis

We had such a great time in Memphis. I love that city....so many things to see and do. After our visit, I was wishing that we lived there. So, the weekend was great, and it was so good to be able to visit with everyone. I hadn't seen Thad, Kerry, and Savannah since Brock was almost 2 weeks old. Well, Caroline is just the sweetest baby girl. She reminds me a lot of Savannah because both girls have their mommy's pretty mouth. She also looks completely like her own person. She was so tiny and it felt crazy to hold a baby that small again. It made me realize how big my baby boy has gotten already.

We arrived Friday afternoon and went right to the hospital to see them all. We enjoyed dinner at my favorite place that night, The Swanky Taco Shop...love it! Brock slept great that night too. He slept from 8-4:30 and then back down until 7am. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and then Grammae watched him in our room while Will and I did some shopping. We then spent the evening at Thad and Kerry's. Kerry's mom made an awesome lasagna that we all enjoyed and Mama brought some home made pecan pie....yummy!
