Will's Fini Flight in the A-10

Will said goodbye to the Fort Smith 188th Fighter Wing last week. It seems like yesterday that he finally moved back to Fort Smith and started his first day as an F-16 pilot. So much has changed and time has really flown by. Will is embarking a new career path. He accepted a full time job in Oklahoma "training people in the Army to communicate with pilots"......that is the best way that I can explain his new job. :) He is not saying good bye to flying though. He will be stepping back into the seat of the F-16 jet part time.....he is so pumped about this.He had his Fini flight (last flight) in the A-10 last Monday morning.

Here are some pics....a lot of pics, but it was too hard to pic favorites. Thanks Becky for the CD of photos!:)

Linda, Brock, and I snuggled up in the cold waiting for Will to get out of the plane.

Let the games begin! It is a tradition to be hosed down after your last flight.

This pic cracks me up....what is my son doing?

Brock and Annabelle....love is in the air...awww!

Ryan, Natalie, and the girls came out even on Ryans day off to see his last flight...Thanks guys!

The End!
