Feeling like a slacker in the kitchen these days...

Sorry to all of you that have actually used my recipes on here. I have been so bad about cooking lately. I have stayed so busy with teaching that I barely have time to think about cooking these days. Will has been doing most of the cooking these days...poor guy.

So I do have a new recipe to put on here for today. During Parent/Teacher conferences the PTA ladies supplied us with some nice food items. One of the items was this fantastic spicy soup. It is so easy ladies!

Spicy PTA Soup

1 lb. ground beef- browned and drained

2 cans of ranch style beans

2 cans of progresso minestrone soup

1 can of rotel

1 can of diced tomatoes

Combine all of these in a stock pot and cook on low until nice and hot. This soup is very tasty. If you are on the crazy side you could do two cans of rotel, but I feel it would blow your socks off! Will said this was even better as leftovers the next day. Good Luck!
